Hi,

I am having issues with our hp 3392A integrator, it is old and has been reliable up until now, it is not printing properly and i suspect it is the print head. Does anyone know how to correct this?

Any help would be appreciated.
Is the printhead part #03390-60880 ? I've got one of those, new in package, that we have no use for (I wrote years ago on it that it fit 3390 and 3392). If you're in USA, you can have it.
We are in the US, at Oregon State University in the Crop and Soil Science department. We would greatly appreciate the print head, however I will have to check if that is the right one. I am new to this forum is there a way to message you personally?

Thank you
