Hello, Everybody
I am preety new to GPC. I am covering matermity leave and doing GPC analysis. One of our natural rubber sample blocks my column recently. It never happened before when I try to check the history. Now , my seniors said that it may be due to microgels and the amount of these microgels can vary from batch to batch. So, now my task is to get rid of these microgels. I am thinking for centrifuge and filter through 0.45µm filter. I dont have any other column and have to try first to get rid of the microgel from my sample. The sample preparation is in THF for two days. Anybody has any idea and throw me some light, I will appreciate it.
