I am going to work in Toxaphene analysis using Thermo Finnigan Mat95 HR/GCMS NCI mode (Reagent Gas : Methane)

Anybody knows how to perform the mass tuning in HR in NCI mode? I just know the procedure for EI/HRGCMS.

Question?

1. Initial check for NCI / Methane reagent / leak .........
2. Mass calibration for resolution 10000
3. Set up the MID table
I do Toxaphene and chlordane in water via EPA 525. I set up a sim method and I tune to DFTTP.
