Hi,

My HPLC column (CA-5ODS) for determination of catacholamines in blood sample is becoming worse and worse. the more use , the more column pressure increase. How to resolve this problem? Thanks for your suggestion in advance.
Eicom apparently sells their systems as "turn-key" solutions. Their web site provides no information about the column chemistry. Anything I can recommend would be general (e.g., backflush the column) and might damage the column further. The best suggestion I can make is to contact them for support.
