Good evening.
A question: should I digest samples colistimethate sodium.
I can not use the microwave digestion bomb because damaged.
What I can use to digest my samples?

EP says: 30 mg colist. + 5 ml HCL / H2O (1:1). Then digestion bomb.

Thanks
That procedure doesn't sound like it allows a lot of leeway. Easiest would be to get your bomb repaired.

To repair the digestion bomb takes about a month. The batch of colistimethate is very urgent.
I can change the conditions.
