I have problem with degasser Cecil 4010

Dear All,

In our lab, we have HPLC from CECIL Instrument Limited.
The degasser is also a brand of Cecil.It is a Cecil 4040.
Now we have a problem of this part.I has 4 small LED displays of
power, Ready, pres and Leak.Now this the "PRES" is displaying and
we tried to solve the problem but it is still there.When this LED is illuminating,
it means that the pressure level of the vacuum chamber is exceeded and does not return
to the designated pressure level.i would like to ask you if you can give advice on this issue.
please help me to resolve this.

That is not a very common system. If you have not already done so, contact Cecil or your local agent for advice.

I have tried to e-mail to Cecil and they do not answer my e-mail.
I am still waiting.In our country, we do not have an agent of Cecil Instrument Limited.
So I have a serious problem.there is no assistance from that side.

Try contacting a Cecil distributor in a country close to Rwanda. There is a list of distrubutors on the Cecil Instruments web site http://www.cecilinstruments.com/distributors.html.
