We were using some cartridge column from waters they are known as " Radal Pak ". I suggested that we shall change these oldies to morden columns. Which are the best ones to try to replace them?
Thanks to all.
That depends on whether you will be developing new methods or transferring existing methods to the new columns (i.e., simply substituting the columns). If you will be developing new methods, any recent silica-based reversed-phase column (pick your favorite vendor and ask for their "latest and greatest") will be an improvement.

If you will be substituting for the radial pack, I believe that Waters NovaPak is the same stationary phase, but in stainless steel (check with Waters to confirm that, however).
