Can Any one help me how can I prepare my waste water samples

My Question is that.

I m going to analyse my waste water samples for pesticide estimation. I did sampling from In fluent and effluent of waste water treatment plant.
I am going to analyse my sample for pesticide determination (Malathion and Cypermethirin) by using HPLC.

I have to prepare or enrich my waste water samples before pesticide estimation through HPLC.

Can Any one help me how can I prepare my waste water samples for evaluating Pesticide?

The analytes that you mention can be enriched using a PS-DVB SPE cartridge. Let me know if you need any help.
