old DEAE sepharose regeneration

I am cleaning my DEAE cloumn, it is a very old cloumn, the media has been using at least 1000 cycles. the media is now look greenish colour, it has been using in bovin albumin manufacturing. Any body know how to regenerate this media?

Check with the manufacturer (but if it's really turning green, it may be time to replace :wink: ).
