Does anyone know if Waters 2695/UV system has option runing whole gradient without injection? I knew Aglient has this function.

Thank you!
Hi,

You could do a zero volume injection other than that I'm not sure. Is the issue your having with the injection sequence or you need to condition your system and clean out the column with the gradient.

I think you could do a condition column and use the gradient IM associated to the MS and run it from there. That is if you have Empower.

Empower software does If you are using it... uses Condition Column as the function.

If you have the Empower CDS, you can choose "Condition Column" and the function column of the sequence application.

Ideas mentioned in this note represent my own and not necesseraly those of the company I work for.
...but with condition column, the data wont be stored, only displayed online.
If you need the data for some reasons, make 0 µl injections
or use "inject immediate sample"
