Hi All,
Does anyone use AMDIS regularly?
What is your application and what model/type of GC-MS do you have?
Regards
WK

I use AMDIS regulary for processing EI and CI GCMS files. We first convert our Finnigan files to netCDF format. The Agilent files and many others can be read directly.

We then use the NIST library software to search the unknown against 700K+ spectra including 45,000 spectra from our corporate database. The NIST software also searches by structure in our database and the NIST library.

Takes a little while to get use to using AMDIS. I have some information (my person users manual) on my web page and NIST has a users manual.
