I started working with a used LECO pegasus III Gc-Tof. It has stood for a year.
When I try to run a method always appears the message:

Acquisiton system adjust - High threshold 16 low thrshold 0 Detctor votlage -1580 - Defect Detection Threshold adjust

But in the acquisition queue still appears as active at all times. Without being run the GC/MS method and display the status of the Autosampler.

Could you help me?
Thanks in advance
Have you watched the trace beign displayed during acquistition? It should start out with a trace of the m/z 69 showing and it will show some changes in shape as the initial gain and offset adjustements are made. Do you see that? Drop me an e-mail: dchilton at mylink dot net and I'll see what is going on. (Replace the "at" with @ and "dot" with . and you have my e-mail.)
