Hi,

H-Class doesn't have a weak and strong wash. The binary SM has a weak and strong wash.
The H-Class FTN has a needle wash which washes the outside of the needle. As the flow path is through the needle then the inside is washed or flushed with the mobile phase.
2695 has a wash sequence which will wash the outside of the needle, on an injection the mobile phase flows through the needle so that washes/flushes the needle.
The Agilent I can't say for the 1290 but the 1100/1200 module the flow path is through needle also and it has a wash solution in one of the vials.
The H-Class is a UPLC/HPLC system. The 2695 is a HPLC. The 1290 is meant to be UPLC but don't think it manages to perform as a true UPLC.
If your looking for which system to buy then you need to ask more questions of the sales rep's on all the systems. If your looking for our opinion then ask away. I would go for the H-Class system.
