Hello, it wanted they were recommending to me columns for the analysis of eDTA by HPLC?, and that conditions are adapted to realize the analysis, regards and thanks.
EDTA has been done by anion exchange, by reversed-phase, and by mixed-mode columns. Do a Google search; you'll find lots of methods.

We've assyed readily for EDTA in consumer products using Cu+2 in the mobile phase and the dilution solvent, using UV detector and RP-8 columns.
Here are methods which were validated in 3 pharma companies in US. Cu sulfate is used for visualization. Peaks are extremely sharp due to focusing effect:
