Hi to all, can any one suggest me what the parameters want to check in the calibration of GC Attached with Head space and Auto sampler, i am using Perkin Elmer Clarus 500 with autosampler and with Turbo matrix Head space sampler. i want to calibrate by both the injecter?

Hi

I am not 100% clear regarding your question, but you must of course test both injectors for periodic control etc but this not mean that to have to repeat all the things with both injectors. Lets say checking out FID performance i would expect would be done with autoinjector first and only.

You are suppose to calibrate separately for GC(Autosampler) and GCHS.
