I was wondering for an internal standard for quantification of solketal in my product.
If any idea , Please let me know.
Thanks,

My favorite place to find an internal standard is the chemicals shelf in the lab. Look for something of similar molecuar weight and polarity. Perhaps something with a tetrahydrofuran ring in it and an alcohol functionallity... The ideal internal standard would be an isotopically labeled analog to what you are analyzing - as long as the compound will not react with anything in the sample or in analysis steps.
