We are running sulfite on a Dionex IC5000 using column ICE-AS1. We are seeing an unidentifiable peak located where the water dip usually appears(4.3mins). The blank (reagent buffer) is normal but as we prepare the STDS, the peak seems to get larger in size and appears to be overlapping the inverted water dip. Any ideas???
