septum purge flow blocked

hi, i can't read any flow from the septum purge, any suggestions

1. Read the manual - there should be description of the procedure for check/adjustment of the purge flow.
2. Let us know what instrument model it is - mabe some user of that model will explain it better than it is described in the manual.
