Hi, please help me.. I wan to check the area of glucose and galactose in a sample, but the peak join together and cant separate out..
I am using Agilent HPLC, Hi-plex Pb and ELSD.. want to know wat is the suitable set up.. neb temp, evap temp, gas flow rate..
you should try using a Ca column not a Pb
take a Non porous 5u with 8% crosslinkage
use 0.6ml/min at 85 degress it will work
another possibility is to use
a sugar-D column from nacalai
using 75% ACN and water
or use a hilic column, i cannot remember an application of the top of my head
