Hello everyone,

We have a 7890 GC/MS in our lab with Chemstation. However, we did not buy the NIST spectra library with it when we set it up. I checked the Agilent website for it and my heart almost stopped after seeing the $4890 price tag for the newest library.

My question is: does anyone have an idea where I could get the old (let's say 1998) library for Chemstation for a price lower than $1500?

Thanks,

Kostas
Post a Wanted ad on LabX (www.labx.com). Someone will have an older copy of the library that they'll let you have inexpensively.
