Hello everybody,

Has anybody analysed residual sulfolane in drugs? I feel this has to be done by extraction method as the boiling point is very high restricting use of headspace technique. I tried to extract using various solvents. I am able to extact fully in chloroform but I find various other peaks all over my chromatogram merging with my Internal std (Dimethylaniline) or anlyte peak. Is there any method to selectively extract sulfolane?
