Software for simulation of preparative chromataography

Hello everybody,

sorry for my english.

I need some advices to choice the software for simulation of preparative chromatography. I want to change these parameters: feed, composition of mobile phase (only isocratic conditions), flow, temeprature.
What I expect from these results? I want to observe the resolution of compounds depend on composition of mobile phase, temperature and feed.

Exist any user friendly SW, better less expensive for this purpose,

such things cannot be done without experimenting and creating a "map" of the behavior of the compounds based on the changes you make in the chromatography
and nobody will do that on the prep scale
it is too expensive for you to do
but you can do that on the analytical scale using a software like chromsword and then know what will happen in the prep sizes
