Hi,
we are using Chemstation B.04.03 and we have a blank DAD run what we substract from other DAD runs. Then we do manual integration on the substracted chromatogram and then save the manual events to the data file.
When I re-open the signal the manual intagration is there, but the substraction is gone. I need to perform again the substraction to get the original result.
Is there the possibility to save the processed signal?

For better understanding the workflow is this:
File1 is the blank run
File2 is the sample run
I perfrom substraction from File2 signal with File1 signal
I perform integration on the resulted signal (its name in the status bar is File2)
I save the manual events

When re-open File2 then the integration is there but the signal is the original File2 signal, not the File2-File1 result.
