Hi Everyone,
I am just breaking my head to set up a processing method for Butyl Butyrate using Xcalibur . I prepared different concentration of Butyl Butyrate from 20ppm to 800ppm. My internal standard is Dioxane (500ppm). Now, I ran all the samples and went to processing set up window. I choose Butyl Butyrate as target component and Dioxane as ISTD. The software ask me only levels and I do not know where to enter the areas of my standard. Anybody can suggest me how to do deal with it.
You need to build a method first, in it, you specify ions to be monitored (SIM), RT/RT Windows, dwell time, standard concentrations, QC, etc
Hi Yang,
Thank you very much. Can I have your email id so that I can send you the sreen copy of my software. You can drop me your email at my email tanhadil2006@rediffmail.com. I can not upload the screen here, sorry.
best regards
juan
Simple

Go to processing setup from Xcalibur home, you will see tabs such as calibration and levels, that's where you select cal type, and concentrations
