Hi brsports! ,
I am assuming you will be printing a report and how you do this depends upon what information is required. Manual integration is not saved in the processing method as it is a purely subjective move of the peak start/end times. However, markers, comments and “manual” changes to the processing method are stored and can be added to a report for printing. Below are some quick examples of adding this information to a report.
Examples:
1) If you need to know if the result has been procesed in review as opposed to via batch or background processing, then add the “Manual” flag to the peaks table in the report, (add a peaks table, right click select table properties>Table tab>expand Results in the tree menu>select “Manual”). This field could be added to the header if that is better.
2) If you need to know if the peak has been manually integrated add “Int Type” to the peaks table, (similar procedure as 1)). Any Int type that is lower case has been manually adjusted.
3) If you need the comments entered when the result was saved, you can add result comments to the report and if necessary Result # - which states how many results have been created from the channel.
4) If the component retention time has been “manually” changed, this will update the processing method to a new version when saved. All such changes that update the processing method can be viewed by adding the processing method table(s) to the report. One good view to show is the changes from the previous version (right click the processing method table>select table properties>processing method tab>check the boxes to include – lower check box to show the differences from the previous version). If you include revision history or revisions summary information, you will also see how many method versions are present in the project and the audit trail comments.
Please update whether these ideas are helpful,
Ben
