Hi

I was hoping someone could help me export peak area values into an excel spreadsheet using waters software.

I have already created a method that integrates my desired peak at the appropriate wavelength. Since I am working with several hunderd samples at at ime, I need a method to export this data into an excel spreadsheet configured as below:

Sample Name Vial Peak Area

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Make a report method featuring a table designed to incorporate only the columns desired (may be best to start with an all peaks table). Clear out any header and footer information that may be in the report method.
Make an export method using the report method you've just created and specifying a file name and path.
Export your results set using the just created export method.
You will have an ARS file in the location specified and named as directed in the export method. Either drag and drop this file into Excel or associate ARS files with Excel so that Windows will open them in Excel if you double click on them.
Thanks,
DR

It's trivial. Just create a tab delimited export method.
