Good afternoon!
I have been searching different places trying to find an answer to the question as to whether OpenChrom re-integrates the data imported from chemstation or rather.. whether it "has" to.

ALSO, what kind of reporting is available in OpenChrom.

I'm looking at using openChrom to import the D files from chemstation and use it to export data files into a database containing the results (sample id, date, time, target compounds, amount).

Thanks in advance
As far as I know OpenChrom will not do quantification. It will only do peak integration (in both TIC or RIC for MS) and give you an area response. I talked with the developer a while ago and he said that it was something he wants to implement someday. I too wanted the same thing. :( It would be nice to have a great opensource software with quantitation someday. I'm not sure about the reports part. YouTube has some OpenChrom videos on how to use it.
