We are currently making specifications of autosampler and headspace for GC 7890. Any recommendations? We plan to attach the GC to Waters Xevo QTof . GC and LC will be using one MS then. Im just concerned with the compatibility issues. Thanks

The APGC ion source is totally separate from the ESI source. While you can control the 7890 from MassLynx I don't know if you can control the Agilent G1888 or 7697A headspace Sampler... Not a big deal IMO as it's easy enough to start a run from the HS sampler...
That said I know the Combi-PAL (which can do liquid or HS injections) is supported in MassLynx...
BTW what do you plan to use the APGC source with the XEVO for?
