Liquinox is a detergent which use to clean pharmaceutical manufacturing machines. while product change over, cleaning verification must be passed. Which LC column and what chromatographic condition should be used to detect Liquinox peaks?

If Google has nothing, check with the manufacturer of Liquinox.

Why not use a non-selective technique like TOC to determine residue? If not, you should be able to develop an HPLC separation at low wavelength (200 nm or so) fairly quickly. Just start with a C18 column and water/acetonitrile and get a basic separation, then go from there.
