How can you recover if you have forgotten your password?

Is this the system password or your personal password? If there is an admin, they can change it for you. If you are the admin and forgot your password, there is a procedure Waters has to reset it to default. Have the default passwords been changed, if not, they are easy. They are very stingy with this, you also have to sign a disclaimer saying you will not sue them if it messes up.

So it isn't actually me, but to answer your question, it's the admin and they only have one license and no support plan.

Time for a service call.
Any Waters field service rep can login via the Waters account and change the admin or other user passwords as needed. If they're already there to do a PM or something, you will probably not be charged extra for this service, but if they come in just to do this, you will most likely be billed for a visit + travel.

If he is the admin, he should know about the System account.
So he could use this account to unlock his own admin account.
