Running LC/MS chemstation without the MS turned on

Hi Everyone

I have an ion trap and UV detector running on chemstation and want to run a method using only the UV with the MS detector turned off.

If I turn on chemstation with the ion trap turned off it displays an error and wont let me load do anything. Does anyone know a way to remove the MS from chemstation temporarily and just run a UV method?
