i am traying to extract and determine a Pharmaceuticals in oil, can you help me please???????

i want to determine:
Ampicillin,Carbamazepine,ciprofloxacin,Sulfadimethoxine,Tetracycline,17b-estradiol.

Hi!!!
You need to know properties of these medicines.
For example: Ampicillin has -NH2 and -COOH groups, badly soluble in water, stable in acidic solutions (data from wiki). In this case I would use aqueous solution with low pH to extract ampicillin from oil.
Also it would be usefull to add emulsifer to your oil then extracting

can you suggest what kind of seperation column can i use?

I guess C18 is an option, but I do not familiar with HPLC.
Also you can change retention time of analite with mobile phase.
You can change pH, % of organic in phase, and add some buffer or/and ion-pair solts.
