Hello Everyone,

We are working on our data migration process for our client-server upgrade project and we’ve run into a potential problem; it appears that we are unable to backup PeakNet data using the Chromeleon backup function. We’ve done a few backup tests and as far as we can tell Chromeleon ignores PeakNet data. Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks,
Madan
what you need to do I think is to restore all the PeakNet data into your CM data source
then you can use the possibilities of archiving and storing provided by CM
Chromelen 6.x can only backup and restore PeakNet 6.x data. All previous PeakNet version data e.g. 5.x require an import of the data from that installation. A read only function or backup utilities for PeakNet versions before 6 are not available. Note that versions before 6 are purely file based.

So still figuring out the issue..
