how could i calculate BTUs of gas mixture including oxygen and other flammable components with diffrent concentration

The Gas Processors Association has a manual for this calculation.

"GPA Standard of Analysis for Natural Gas and Similar Gaseous Mixtures by Gas Chromatography"
(GPA Publication 2261-72)

By the way, oxygen is not flammable, it is an oxidizer. It does not burn, but enables other gases to burn.
