Specifity Testing

I need some help on Specificity Parameter Analysis in Method Validations. How do you demonstrate that there is no interference in the degradation samples. Is it to calculate the % Interference using the raw areas from the blank and actual samples or use the Purity Angles and Purity Thresholds ? What is the best approach? Please advise.
