I've just received Shimadzu GC-14A but I don't have a manual. Do anyone have that manual? or where can I download it?

You can purchase one from Shimadzu Scientific US Webstore for $54.00.
I'll try to find part number for you. See if they still have the service manual.
Very useful. part number is 221-40323-00
