We are trying to run a Waters ZQ2000 MS coupled to an Agilent 1100 LC system all controlled by Waters Millennium V4 software. Each component part is controllable by this software, but when linked together to form an LC-MS system, it does not work (we cannot select any methods to run the system). We have asked Waters who originally said it should be possible, but even with their help we have so far failed to get it to work and I don't know why. Does anyone else out there have such a system working or are we attempting the impossible?!
