When we try to process and subsequently print our data files the following error comes up at the bottom of the gc-msd screen... "6016 Undefined Symbol: Bcode fail" and then the processing stops. We are only able to get one line of sequence processed at a time. Does anyone know what this means? The typical google search returned nothing, next step is calling tech support. Thanks for any input.

We encountered the same problem, may be the seq file is corrupted.
We have to open another sequence file then fill in (type in) the information from the corrupted seq then save and ovewrite the corrupted file. We have not encounter BCODEFail error afterwards.
Hope this helps.
