Hi,

My goal is to increase the sensitivity for the quantification of the five nucleic acid bases in HPLC (adenine, thymine, cytosine, guanine, uracil) from biological matrix.

I made a first litterature screening for fluorescence derivatization technique but I have not seen a technique or a combination of techniques that may be applicable for analysis of purines and pyrimidines bases in one single separation.

Does anyone has experience with that kind of method and may provide me with some suggestion for method or compounds.
