co/co2 problem in co/co2 analyzer

Recently I changed the catalyst tube for co/co2 analyzer. I used the packed tube that means we purchased packed tube and not fill by ourselves. Now I have problem with both CO and CO2 as shown I attached file. How could adjust GC condition to obtain linear base line and symmetrical peak for both

You should not have to change conditions if you purchased a replacement catalyst tube from your supplier.

The problem is with your tube, not the GC conditions. It does not appear to be working properly.

I recommend you call the vendor, explain the results and get a new tube.
