currently using varian ms workstation (ver6.6), is there another software compatible ?

Are you not satisfied with Varian MS Workstation 6.6? The last version of MS Workstation that Varian released prior to being sold off was MS Workstation 6.9.

yes we are not very satisfied with it and decided to see if there are other options out there.

We have v.6.8 and it is very good.

MS Workstation version 6.9 is also very good. Considerably more stable than a lot of other GC-MS control software.

What are your specific frustrations with version 6.6?
