Hi,
Is it possible to get all the plotted data (absorbance vs. time) in an excel file in the ChemStation B.04.02?

maybe, OpenChrom could be a solution for you:

OpenChrom is able to save chromatograms in different formats, using plug-ins. It should be also possible to program a plug-in, that saves your chromatogram in Excel or LibreOffice/OpenOffice format.
