Hey everyone,

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why our base line for our GC-MS is high? It was at 5000 Abundance and then we changed the helium filter and it dropped to 2500 Abundance which is still quite high. We are using high grade gases and GC grade solvents.

Thanks!
2500 baseline abundance doesnt necessarily sound bad. what other problems are you having? any other symptoms?

can you post a screenshot?
