With the subjected GC I am using PROstation software. I set up a method and application, calibrate it with calib blend and run analysis on it...all fine. I develop another method and application calibrate it and run analysis on it...all fine.

Now I load the first method and application and run analysis ....results abnormal. I find that it has Response factors of second method?????

I have samples of variable concentrations and so the calib blends are but how can I retain different calibrations?
