Maybe it just me but that software, to put it mildly, is a pain.

Every time I try to reintegrate manually any peak of my calibration curves, everything (data, graphs) just disappear. The weirdest part is that it happens randomly: one day everything goes wrong, the next day is OK. :?
I have experienced the same thing, The only way this could be corrected was to re-load the software. Tech support from PE is not much help with troubleshooting their only suggestion for what seems to be everything ailing is a re-install of the software. I would NOT recomend to anyone purchasing the PE Clarus line of GC/MSs solely for the reason the software is junk. The GC/MS works great but with software is always crashing and needing re-installed, it's not worth it.
