Alprazolam and Clonazepam in Urine

I am searching for an extraction procedure recommended for identification and quantification of Alprazolam and Clonazepam and/or its metabolites in urine sample using a Thermo TSQ Quantum Acess Max LC-MS/MS or LC-MS system. Many thanks!

I recommend DAU column from UCT, very good SPE column.

if u r looking for those compounds only adjust ur sample ph to 8-9 and ectract t with ethyl acetate. but if u r looking for thier metabolites u'll need to hydrolyse ur sample with beta-glucuronidase then extract t by lle or spe.
