Column for Trance-2-Butene and 1,3 Butadiene separation, Advise require

In our on-line GC we are measuring three components,
(1)Trance-2-Butene 30 %Mol+ 1,3 Butadiene 5%Mol (together as one component)
(2)Cis-2-Butene (0-30 %Mol)
(3)NC5 (0-10 %Mol)

Now our operation staff wants us to measure only 1,3 Butadiene (40 %Mol) and switch off all other components to reduce Cycle Time from 900 seconds to somewhat 500 seconds. In order to do that we need to separate trance-2-butene from 1,3 butadiene and flush out 10% lights (C3’S, ISO-Butane, N-Butane, Butene-1, I-Butene) and 40% heavies (Cis-2-Butene 0-30%, IC5 and NC5 0-10%)

Can any one help us in choosing right column for T-2-Butene and 1,3 Butadiene separation and advise other modification like, Oven Temperature, Column Flows and Valve Configuration etc.

The details of our GC is as follows,
