Hello,
Recently a Bay Area pharmaceutical company donated to us a Finnigan MAT LCQ ESI-quadrupole ion trap instrument. I hooked everything up correctly, but we can still not see any ion signals. I would like to know the personal experiences from former and current (there might be few) Finnigan MAT LCQ users when dealing with similar problems. In addition, if you know former or current Finnigan/Thermo service engineers that could provide us with some insight or help, please let us know. Attempts to contact the last person who ran the instrument failed unfortunately.
