At the starting of the injection, GC appears the following error:
"Cooling fan error".
I don't know what this means.Any idea?
Just as a guess, I'd say a fan is malfunctioning. Have you checked the operator's manual?

The electrical control of the fan and its exhaust solenoid may be faulty. If the exhaust won't shut or open then it is impossible to maintain temperature control.

This is why Tom is "the man". If you want real help, post brand and model of the GC. From your description, tough to tell if that means the fan that cools the column, or a little fan that cools the electronics.
If you share you GC confugiration , we might help you.
An guess , it sounds like your GC injector cooling system gives error.

Best regards.
Can't remember what the error message was but I recently had a problem where the oven door switch was malfunctioning and the fan would shut off during the run. Naturally this occurred on a 24+ hour run after significant sample preparation! This problem resulted in significant changes in retention time, which you didn't mention, though. I had to "baby-sit" the instrument while it made several injections to find out what was happening.
