I am using a Varian Saturn 2100 GCMS. Recently, the instrument experienced the failure by stopping in the running. The message log showed that Error Uploading Scan Data. This date file is not saved but a real time chromatogram (which is not finished) is shown on screen. The instrument can work back by Reset.

The computer system I use is MSWS 6.41 2100t 3900 8400 with Dell GX 280 PC (XP SPI 1 GB RAM 2X80 GB HDDs).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
